Our small family estate, located on the limestone scree of the Quintaine hillside, is planted solely with Chardonnay. The biodynamics (with Demeter certification) that have been practised rigorously for twenty years now, by encouraging its life, reveal the terroir.
Hand picking, natural yeasts, natural alcohol levels, maturing without wood… In the cellar, despite the fact we are both trained wine experts, we reduce any intervention to a minimum so as to simply capture what the year offers us, without putting our own stamp on it.
