Started by our parents in 1978, today we are three brothers cultivating 17 ha of vines organically in the commune of Cruzille. We vinify plot by plot in casks, according to Burgundy tradition, with no added yeasts or mechanical separation. The estate is planted with 50% Chardonnay, 25% Gamay, and 25% Pinot Noir. 80% of the estate has been replanted on land that was abandoned after the phylloxera outbreak, and which has above all never seen any chemicals.
We produce 80,000–100,000 bottles a year, respecting the terroirs, the wine, and the wine-lovers who drink it.
